How long it takes
About 10 minutes for most people. There are no right or wrong answers. Where you are not sure, you can say "I don't know".
If you stop halfway
Your answers are saved on the device you are using; come back on the same device and you carry on where you left off. None of your answers reach us until you press "Send".
After you send
If you gave us your e-mail address, you get a short confirmation by e-mail. We read your answers and usually call you within one working day; the steps above show what comes next.
