The site is watched all day. If it stops opening, we hear first and look at once.

We keep track of your domain and renew it before it runs out.

A new address, a password reset, telling you what you need to know.
An answer within a working day
When you write, we usually reply within one working day. If the site is down, we look without waiting our turn.

You always talk with Tahsin or Etkin, in Turkish, Dutch or English.
What we do every month
We update, back up and watch your site. We keep track of your domain and look into it if something goes wrong with your e-mail. When you want something changed, just write to us.
When something goes wrong
If your site does not open or your e-mail does not work, reach us on WhatsApp, by e-mail or by phone. When a site goes down, we usually know before you do and are already working on it.
If we did not build your site
We can also look after a site someone else built. First we look at the site and tell you how it is doing. Then we suggest either taking over its maintenance or, if needed, building a new site.
What is not included
Computers, printers or the office network are not part of maintenance; we look after your website, your domain and your e-mail only. Things like adding a large new section to the site we discuss and plan separately.
