Frequently asked questions

If your question is not answered here, write to us or have us call you.

How long does a site take?

Most sites are live about two weeks after you approve the design. A one-page site can be ready in a few days, a site with many sections in a few months. After our call we give you a clear date.

How much does it cost?

We have no fixed price list, because the price depends on what the site has to do: how many pages, how many languages, and whether you want online bookings or orders. After our call we give you a quote. The quote is free and commits you to nothing.

Do I have to write all the texts myself?

No. You tell us about your business and we write the texts. You always have the final say.

I have no photos. Is that a problem?

No. Photos taken with your phone are often good enough. If needed, we find suitable images.

I know nothing about technology. Is that a problem?

No. You do not need to know any technical terms; telling us about your business is enough. We talk with you in the language of your own work.

Can I make changes later?

Yes. Small changes such as hours, prices or photos are part of maintenance. Bigger changes we plan together.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not necessarily. First we look at your current site; sometimes maintenance is enough, sometimes a new site makes more sense. We decide together.

My domain and e-mail are with another company. What happens?

We can move them to us, or leave them where they are and manage them there. Before moving we back up your e-mails, and afterwards we check with you that everything is in place.

Will my site show up on Google?

We build your site so Google can find it, and set up your Google business listing and map details. Nobody can guarantee the top spot, but we do the groundwork for you to be found.

Which languages do you build sites in?

Dutch, Turkish and English, and other languages if you wish. You can talk with us in any of these three.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, if you are in or around Amsterdam; you can meet Tahsin there. Elsewhere we talk by phone or video call.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name. If you stop maintenance, we hand over your site and your login details.

What if I want to stop maintenance?

Two weeks' notice is enough. We hand over your site and your login details to you or to whoever you work with next.

Shall we talk about your website?

Tell us about your business in about ten minutes, or leave your number and we will call you.
